“These do seem to be bringing my blood sugar levels down. Not sure if it is because they are reducing my hunger so I am eating less, or eating less sweet stuff or some other action. 2nd month now so will persevere and see if this is sustained. Have ordered 3rd month!”

“It certainly drops my blood sugar, but 6 capsules a day might have been upsetting my stomach. I backed off, and am adding (1 pill/day) per week. I hope I can still keep using it. I'm on metformin and glimepiride, and I was running several miles a day and in good shape when I got diagnosed with T2D right before I turned 50.”
