“Got my order ok Tks But got a shock with my last phone call to ur uk office,I was charged premium rate by my phone provider Charged 23 euros for 15 minutes ?? Please explain why so expensive! Kind Regards John”

“The product works great, my a1c is at 6.0, delivery times have gotten better, but customer service sucks and the my account on the website is broke and no one can fix it so I have to order by phone for the last 6 months. This month I had my wife open an account and she had no problem ordering but it has been 5 days and no email confirming the purchase.”
