“I have now purchased a pack of three, it has taken me a while to get the correct doseage. I do not like taking pills at every meal. But now my blood suger is 4.5 on a morning to 8.5 before I go to bed. My three month levels have now gone down from 60 to 48, so now working to get back to a level of 42. Very happy with the results.”

“I think it was quite good but not enough to really tell. I took it when I ate too many cabs it did help keep it down. I also took my Jardiance with it. I never took two after each meal. It does help but I dont think they could ever replace my medication. If I follow their directions that would be six pills a day. My medication is one pill a day”
