“The effects were pretty immediate and it lowered my morning blood sugar reading from around 146 to 112. When I don’t take it, my sugar levels creep back up again, but hopefully continuing my diet and exercise and reaching my goal of losing at least 20 more pounds will bring the number to normal. #satisfiedcustomer”
