“This company destroyed my birthday by making ordering a cake such an impossible task. They have only one poor person to answer all enquiries. The phone is answered maybe one time out of ten. They cancelled my cake. Then they could not process payment. Just an all round customer service disaster. I never got to even have a bite of the cake god only knows where it went. Useless just useless. Pandemic is no longer an excuse for terrible customer service. Get your act together.”

“Ordered this alongside the chocolate cake as thought might be more popular with the adults and was not wrong. Everyone loved. Ordered medium and at least 12 people had slices, most went back for more. Beautiful to look at and eat.”
