Hi Elvira, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your cake. We bake our products fresh daily, use all natural ingredients and make product quality a priority. The cake should be served at room temperature at which point the sponge should become light and fluffy and not be dry. I am not sure if you had stored it in the fridge, but this might explain the dry cake layers.
