“I ordered some brownies for my son's birthday. I clicked the ShopPay option to pay which required me to authorise my credit card and then pushed the order through. That evening when I checked my emails I noticed the delivery address was set to my home address even though I had entered my son's address. At this stage there was nothing I could do but wait for the delivery to arrive and then repost to my son.
I contacted customer service. The reason why the delivery address had changed was because the ShopPay system overrides the details I entered. The confirmation email is sent out with a 30 minute window in which to change the address. However I could not access my emails until much later in the day so this was not an option for me. My original delivery was refunded but I had to pat £5.60 for the second lot of postage and the brownies took an extra 2 days to arrive so we're past their best when they got to their final destination.
So beware if using ShopPay that you need to check your confirmation email so that you can change the delivery address to the address that you want the brownies delivered to.”

When the brownies did arrive they had a very short shelf life from what the recipient's mother told me.”
