“The brownies were booked for delivery 1st September for a staff birthday, address was added to DPD by them incorrectly meaning the brownies failed to arrive. A new box of brownies finally delivered 5th September. Brownies were lovely but at the end of the day were delivered 5 days late and it was a birthday.”

We did look into this, our system uses an address authentication tool which sometimes suggests slight changes. These suggestions only go through if they’re actively accepted on the order confirmation page after checkout. The app cannot overwrite any addresses on its own.
