“I ordered a birthday gift selection box but received a plain one instead. When I contacted Cutter and Squidge about this the response was that I did in fact receive the correct box. Only when I sent the picture back of what I received did they confirm it was incorrect. So I'm wondering how they could be so certain in dismissing my complaint in the first place... I would not have noticed this is if it was sent directly to the recipient and would have paid more than what was received. They offered a gift voucher for compensation but given the expensive delivery fee I don't think this will get used. The treats were also a bit too sweet for our liking.”
