“The cake arrived frozen. I thought I was buying a fresh cake. It also arrived late. We were not able to eat the cake until late on my son’s birthday. Very disappointed. I explained the cake was frozen but no refund Amir justifies explanation. This does not feel in the spirit of Veganism as I know it. Mistakes happen but just accept it was not good enough. Also we feel the ingredients unnecessarily complicated.”
