“Amazing cake. Everybody loved it. Disappeared very quickly. Looked great. Arrived the next day. Well packaged. The only tiny issue would be is that the delivery driver left it on my doorstep on a very hot day. Luckily I was only out for 5 mins. Apart from that all good.”

“The cake arrived frozen. I thought I was buying a fresh cake. It also arrived late. We were not able to eat the cake until late on my son’s birthday. Very disappointed. I explained the cake was frozen but no refund Amir justifies explanation. This does not feel in the spirit of Veganism as I know it. Mistakes happen but just accept it was not good enough. Also we feel the ingredients unnecessarily complicated.”

Some of our cakes and bakes are sent out heavily chilled, and in some cases with freezer pouches inside the parcel. This is simply to help keep everything looking its best during transit. Our serving guidance explains allowing a few hours for the cake to come to room temperature before enjoying.
