“Let down by DPD, delivery was 3 days late which meant product was not at its best (expiry date was the next day!)
Ordered Wed 19 Jan, Brownies left on time - Thurs 20 Jan for delivery Fri 21 Jan . Delivery received Monday 24 Jan , late and after birthday celebrations !”

I have looked into this order for you and we have provided a full refund for the order not being delivered on time, We do have a 98% success rate with DPD so it is very rare this happens, unfortunately we rely on DPD to deliver the item and once it leaves us we do not have any control over how they are handled.

I’ve had loads of friends recommend cutter and squished so we were really excited, I’d even bought it for lots of friends myself before trying on those recommendations.
