Excellent product, like the offset setting which helps the plug not obstructing a fellow plug in a dual plug set up., had issues setting it up but was helped by support and no issues setting it up after that.

My comments apply to an Apple environment. The power switch works fine and integrated with Apple home successfully. Siri and the home app can be easily setup to turn the switch on an off. So the key functionality seems to work without issue. The downside is the Cygnett app, which I think is poorly designed. The useful functionality, on/off, current power usage and usage history is all there but in a confused messy interface. Also the app is only designed for iPhone and does not utilise the iPad screen. I think the app developer needs to rework the app to make it more intuitive to use and also to properly support iPad. The bottom line here is, while the iPhone app has some design issues, the actual device works well and integrates successfully with Apple Home. So far my experience is the device works reliably and one cannot overstate the importance of reliable operation.

Positives: Relatively easy to set up, excellent Apple homekit integration, able to track how much power is being used by the appliance - I have set it up so that my coffee machine turns on before I get up in the morning and turns off after an hour ensuring it is not left on Negatives: sync issues initially - it took two attempts to sync each unit, the sync button has the status LED in the middle of it so you can't see it as you are pressing it, while the bulk of the unit is offset from the plug - it is still large enough to obstruct the other powerpoint - so you have to put it on the right side of paired wall sockets Overall, a nice little unit that is well priced and does what I want it to do :)

Very convienient to use. Took a bit to set up into Apple HomeKit but was Apple to it working. If the device does not connect via the quick pairing in the Cygnett app try the Apple Home pairing and it should work highly recommend. Thanks Cygnet, will be getting some more soon.
