“I am working on the course for the 4th day. I would expect to finish it in 2 or 3 hours but it moves so slow, won't let you advance, has a lot of unnecessary information. It has been painfully slow and there is no help or contact information to assist with the problem. We have to use this provider or I would quit the course and take it elsewhere. I have 4 or 5 hours in and am sitting at 56 percent. Brutal!”

“there is no option to change email address or phone number, there is also no option to correct a name. There are also log in issues and when we phone to get assistance, it can take up to 3 hours of being on the phone to get the issue solved.”
