“Training itself is great. Customer service provided by the facility is incredibly poor. I have purchased roughly 20 training sessions and requested assistance with one of them. I left phone messages for two weeks and never heard back from anyone. I spoke with a few individuals who mentioned they would also call me back and again never heard anything.”
