“It is great having this course on line as it saves from sending employees out of office or training ( driving time)”

“The Training is just fine. The problems we are having with this system is properly assigning the training to our employees, and having them log in to get started on the training. In the past we used our general office email as a base and give our employees a pass code to continue to use the course. Your new system is very problematic and frustrating to use in this regard. The system has to be more user friendly. Sush has been extremely helpful in ironing out the problems, but then we run into the same issues when we try to sign up another new employee for training. Please help! Gord Blommaeret”
