“Danatec has been our provider for on-line training for many years. The programs have evolved but during the changes my learners have experienced many difficulties logging on and using this platform. The two main issues are: *no support after regular business hours *poor/no instructions on using new platform with difference operating systems Now that we have worked the bugs out of the new systems, everything seems to be working much smoother.”
