“I usually have to refresh the course every two years and normally it’s a sleepwalk with few additional learning items. This particular version, structured surrounding real life incidents, was relevant in a personal way. You stand up and take notice when you see worst case and AVOIDABLE scenarios outlined. Very practical course.”
