“The course was good, not supported well on mozilla. Customer support said I should download and use chrome for the course which is a less secure browser so I was not a fan of that suggestion, they were friendly about it though. Overall I would recommend it to other people.”

“I was recently notified that you will be putting an expiry date on the whmis training certificates. Is this legally required? I prefer the open end on this training? Can you advise why this decision was made? Thanks Berni”

“The training online works well for new hires best, when we have several employees re-certing their certificate the hard copy works best... chasing 20 + down to get it completed is tiring ... lol”

“All is good except when it comes to logging out. The chat help box is in the way is there another place that it could be placed like on the very bottom right side of the screen. Any where other than where it is so that the person doing the course can log out.”
