“I am having issues with a chapter saying "in progress" when it has been completed over 3x. I have written tech support with no reply delaying my completion and putting my program who needs the certificate at risk. Also the program could be improved by having the ability to speed up the videos 1.5 - 3x the speed. While the videos are helpful, some of them speak very slowly and would be beneficial to hear them faster or skip through them when I can read the audio 3x faster than the people are speaking.”

“The course was very well laid out and the fact that there were facts attached to course was an eye opening experience that will not be forgotten! However I did face some technical difficulties during the course it was almost 3 hours long rather then 1.5 hours but overall all it was great thank you.”
