“I had an extremely poor service regarding my order placed on 20 November 2025. As of 14 December 2025, I still have not received my parcel.
Nearly a week ago, I emailed the customer service team and was advised that my delivery had been expedited. Despite this assurance, I have still not received my package to date.
In addition, I had to contact UPS something that should have been handled by Daniel Wellington. UPS informed me that the parcel is with a third-party courier and would be delivered soon. However, even after this follow-up, my order has still not been delivered.
I am extremely disappointed that I had to personally chase this delivery. I do not understand why the system did not flag that my order had not been delivered after such a long period. This lack of proactive follow-up reflects very poorly on the service.
This has been my worst experience ever with an online purchase.”
