“I placed an order on the 29th of November and to date I have still not received my package. There has been no meaningful assistance from Daniel Wellington. Instead of taking responsibility, they continue to blame the courier — despite the courier being organised by them. This lack of accountability and support is unacceptable. Its almost a month and i still haven't received my watch yet i am asked to review it. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others, as this has felt misleading and extremely frustrating.”
