“I’m very disappointed with my experience with this store. My watch was not working when it was delivered, so I returned it to be repaired. Unfortunately, when it came back, it was still not working. I then had to go to the shop in person to get assistance. The battery was replaced and the watch worked for about a week, but shortly after that the back cover fell off.
Overall, the quality of the product and the service I received were very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store and I will not be returning as a customer.”
