“I ordered my watch three weeks ago and it got delayed it was sent to an incorrect address which is sad as I was planning to use it for a holiday but I couldn’t … no one communicated until I made calls which was below my expectations .Also I would like an Exchange the watch from 40 mm to 30mm the watch is too big for my wrist ..I should have done this while the watch was on sale if it was delivered on time but I couldn’t because of the delay caused.”
