“I bought the watch on the 2nd of December, it was delivered on the 4th. Since then I’ve been trying to arrange for pick up because the watch is too big. The UPS system is a hustle, they don’t respond to collection requests from customers, they don’t answer their phones even.
Seeing that they are not collecting the parcel I decided to buy another watch which was delivered however upon unpacking I discovered that it doesn’t work.
My experience with DW has been horrible honestly and I regret spending so much money just to stress myself and feel this frustrated and helpless”

Due to the Iconic Link’s unique design, professional tools are required to add or remove links in the bracelet.
If you need the watch adjusted to fit your wrist perfectly, just bring it to one of our DW Retail Stores for free sizing. Please keep in mind that this does not apply to 3rd-party retailers selling our products.
You also have the option to take your watch to a local certified watch shop or jeweler, as most will be able to perform the adjustment for a small fee.
Kindly note that any adjustments made to the length of your watchband must be reversed in order for your product to be eligible for a return.
