“We are sometimes having to look for light switchs in the dark. Some rooms in our house don't have windows. These motion sensor switch(s) we have three of them, where the answer. I would buy more of them but, they don't seem to work in some locations.”

The Simple Motion Sensor Switch needs to be in a single pole location (one switch controls the lights), and the wires need to be hooked up correctly with neutral attached and no swapped wires.

This sounds like incorrect wiring where the Simple Motion Sensor is located.
If the neutral wire isn't connected or it's loose, then the Simple Motion Sensor will stay in whatever on/off state it was in when inserted, and the main button will not work.

“I love this motion sensor. I have one in my master bedroom closet, laundry room and kitchen pantry. I would love to have them in bathrooms but would need longer than a 20 min timer. If you could have it set for a little longer, these would be perfect in more places.”
