“The switch is junk. It will work for about 20 minutes then does not work at all with motion or manual button press. Tried several setting and still is just dead. I pull it out and put the standard switch back in and wait about a day and then try again. Same story, it works for a few minutes and then goes back to not working. Its like deako sent a returned switch for the promotion just to unload return stock hoping they would work. This is the 2nd "smart" switch failure ive had in 6 months. The first one was replaced by the company that installed the smart home automation system. I am in the process of finishing my basement and would like to use deako downstairs so my whole house has matching switches, but this has me second guessing.”
