“My three tiered tray arrived missing a screw so I wasn’t able to put it together. Customer service was helpful but so far I still don’t have a new replacement tray. Hoping it arrives before a fall event I am hosting. It was my first box and I hope it’s not normal for things to arrive missing/damaged.”
