“I enjoy getting the surprise boxes but this one had repetitive items. Why would you put 2 sets of lanterns and a three piece candle holder in one box? Not worth the $99 in my opinion for this one.”
“I love this business! I’ve love the customer service as well. I’ve loved all my purchase. This is the only one that I honestly was disappointed in. I love grab bags and surprise boxes. The value was well over the cost of the box. The disappointment came with having four items that were so closely alike. There were 4 items basically for candles. Two sets of lanterns, etc. I realize it’s luck of the draw. When I saw some of the other boxes they were great. Not sure I would do this surprise box again.”
“This was my first Surprise Box. I knew going into it that I might not like what I got, and I'm fine with that...it's the risk I was willing to take. Everything was ok, however, Decor Steals put 4 lanterns in this box. That's just too many for one order. And the lanterns were very different styles, so it will be hard to incorporate into my home.”
“Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the surprise box. It was my second box, the first being November of last year. I received the box with the industrial pendant light. While the value was definitely there, in our particular case, we have just completed a renovation and all our lighting is in place. Considering this was the piece in the box with the most value, Its disappointing we can't use it. I realize that's the chance you take with the “surprise—
“There were 5 items in my surprise box! A huge light fixture, I was shocked! But honestly have no place to out something that bug :-( i got a enamel bin that was damaged :-( but i hammered out the dents so at least it can almost sit flat in my greenhouse. There were some small American flags and a candle holder. As well as a pic of fake greens. I will always take the chance on these boxes. In the past I got some great things for gifts :-)”
