“This is the first trip we have booked with Emma after she was recommended to me by a colleague. Emma listened to my needs, took on board any changes and suggestions, gave good sound advice and made suggestions herself and we were booked at a better price than we had thought we would have to pay - 5* servuce, thanks Emma”

“Many thanks to Emma, as ever, for her spectacular service when booking our 2026 holiday to Sicily recently. She took the hard work out of what can be a relentless task, trying to find the right holiday for us, as family of four, who all have differing preferences. Her speed and efficiency when sending options and quotes to us was amazing and her swift correspondence, even later into the evening - beyond working hours - was hugely appreciated. She really does work tirelessly to ensure that her customers get the best servcie. Emma knows us well, having booked our holidays with her year after year. This customer relationship is so valuable to us, as we are always confident that Emma will take care of everything for us and will give us professional advice when necessary. Our recent holiday to Turkey did not disappoint and we know that next year's won't either. You're amazing Emma, thanks so much.”
