“Emma is great at what she does hardworking and committed to finding you the perfect holiday. Communication is very good and she is always on the end of the phone or email if you have any questions. Booked to go Mexico next year and feel confident she will sort out the stuff that I dont understand when it comes to paying taxes etc. Highly recommend you book with Emma”

“Just booked another holiday with Emma. We tend to research our holidays and know where we want to go before we book, although, on occasion, we do miss something about a particular resort or Hotel and that's where Emma's vast knowledge and experience really come into play. On the very rare occasion when something does go wrong, Emma is always available to offer advice and help get things resolved. We find this support priceless when we're away from home and helps provide peace of mind for all our family.”

“My daughter and her family had just returned from Ikos Olivia having booked direct with Ikos. They wanted to return in 2026 along with my wife and myself. Because they had booked direct with Ikos they received a returners discount on future bookings. Emma was able to match this discount for both my daughter and ourselves and so we all agreed to to book with Emma who concluded everything within 24 hours of my first e mail. Yet another first class job from Emma in matching a price which I thought she would struggle to do because of the returners discount and dealing with the matter in her usual swift and professional manner. She is truly a star within the travel community.”

“Could not be happier with the service provided by Emma. She was very knowledgeable, responsive, and gave us a list of options for our trip to Madeira, with pros and cons and clear pricing to help us make a decision. We are travelling at a busy time so availability was limited, and Emma went above and beyond working into the evening to secure flights and accommodation. Cannot recommend highly enough!”

“After finding out that Emma can book a river cruise for us at the exact same price as online, why wouldn't you use the services of a reputable, respected self employed travel agent. From the initial email to ask the question, booking was confirmed within 24 hrs. This is the 4th holiday we have now booked with Emma. We know that if anything changes along the way Emma will take care of it. Leaving us to just look forward to the trip . I cannot recommend highly enough the services Emma provides. Thank you once again Emma. As Arnie would say "we'll be back".”
