“This was one of my best active holidays. From the packing advice and travel hand holding (thank you Heidi) to the views and the amazing guide who looked after us and kept us safe ! He was so knowledgeable and ensured we ate at some very good restaurants ranged from 14 euros to 24 euros for a tasty main course. Huge glasses of wine and some gorgeous desserts. I'll definitely be going back to Madeira with Designer Travel and Explore ! Gill Mount”

“Can't recommend Heidi enough! From only just getting intouch a couple of weeks ago for a last minute holiday, she delivered a seamless and stressfree holiday process. Everything was practically done for us and payment was an easy transition. Heidi new totally what we were looking for and totally understood our worries with an all inclusive holiday. We can't wait to go tomorrow! Not only that she hand delivered our girls a snack box for the plane journey, which is a lovely personal touch. Thank you,”

“Home today ☹️ Usually, after 9 days away, I’m ready to get home and back to routine—but not this time. We are so not ready to leave! We’ve had the most amazing holiday—exactly what we needed after a stressful year and with two very energetic boys. It was the perfect mix of rest, fun, and quality family time. I’ve been booking with Heidi for about 5 years now, and she always knows just what we like. This trip to Turkey was no exception. I was a little apprehensive about staying at a large complex since we usually like to venture out, but Papillon ticked every single box. Can’t wait to book our next holiday. Thank you, Papillon—and especially thank you to Heidi! ✈️”

“Designer Travel by Heidi Phillips. We booked our 1st time ever cruise “Sail the Three Seas” with Marella (TUI),with Heidi’s guidance of cabin type, location on the ship and other options available. We were very impressed by the ship, the choice of restaurants and bars included and most of all the locations visited. TUIs organisation was also first class. Heidi sorted everything for us! Booking,aeroplane seats, check in. She came up trumps once again Thank You Heidi Phillips.”
