“Carolyn was recommended by a friend, I booked a city break to Copenhagen with her for my birthday. She made the whole booking experience so easy as we’d looked a couple of years earlier and abandoned the idea as finding flights that suited was such a faff. Carolyn asked me a few preference questions up front and came up with 3 options within my budget, we liked one in particular and asked her room upgrade costs which she got us no problem. Everything was emailed promptly and paying the deposit felt secure and easy … I would definitely use her again it saved me loads of time and hassle and was so nice having the support of an expert I felt quite pampered like I had my own private holiday PA … top job”

“Carolyn has shown patience of a saint when helping us book our summer holiday! So helpful and has lots of resources at her disposal. Saved us so much time looking for potential holidays. She listened to what we wanted and sourced the best available places to look at and book. Will definitely be using Carolyn next year again. Cannot recommend her highly enough! Take the hassle of constant searching and let Carolyn do the hard work for you. It doesn’t even cost you a penny! A great service!!”
