“Amazing customer service - Designer Travel with Carolyn at the helm made our plans for a holiday to Vienna and Budapest with flights, train journeys and airport pick-ups so very easy. I was totally impressed by the choices Carolyn produced for us with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. Thank-you and please anticipate future bookings - certainly five stars!”

“First class service and excellent knowledge. Every part of the process has been well documented and discussed. All our queries were thoroughly dealt with and other options provided, taking the stress and uncertainty out of booking our getaway. “Excellant Service received from Carolyn Ellis. Nothing to much trouble. She took the stress away with booking our holiday for us. Also booking of seats on the aircraft and making arrangements for car parking. Well Done Carolyn. Would most deffintely recommend using Carolyn to book your next trip.”

“We wanted to book a bucket list family holiday and Carolyn was fantastic ! She kept offering us different options until we were happy with the itinerary. She has built every step of our holiday including all transfers, accommodation, flights and trips. She’s taken all the stress out of booking and we can’t wait to go on our holiday.”
