“First time booking with Carolyn and cant fault her at all. Communication has been fantastic. Response rate very quick. She has been on hand with every query and question. Very knowledgeable and her quotes have been set out in such a clear way its made the process so much easier. A really hassle free way to book a holiday. I would definitely use Carolyn again.”

“I think this was the easiest holiday I have booked, saw a holiday on Carolyn's Facebook page, sent her a Whatsapp at 8.30pm that night, which she responded to, by 10am the next morning the holiday was booked, will be using Carolyn at designer travel for all my travel/holidays moving forward.”

“This is our second trip being booked through Carolyn as her service with our first one was second to none. We wanted to book a short city break to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We wanted to fly from Birmingham so Carolyn gave us plenty of options which would suit our dates and travel requests. Her patience with us was fantastic as we changed our mind numerous times and nothing at all was to much trouble. We look forward to booking our next trip with her.”
