“Jo arranged a fantastic trip for us to Thailand. We didn’t know where to start, so she put a holiday together for us that included 4 different places- Bangkok, Krabbi, Phi Phi and Phuket. The locations of the hotels were great, all the transfers were on time. Nothing was too much trouble and she suggested places we hadn’t thought of. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to book through Jo for our next trip - it just takes all the hassle away from doing it yourself.”

“Thank you Jo for coordinating our amazing 3 weeks touring Slovenia & Croatia. We visited, Ljubljana, Lake Bled, Rovinj, Plitvice lakes, Split & Dubrovnik . We saw mountains, lakes, waterfalls, caves, dancing horses & dolphins. Fantastic accommodation all found by Jo ranging from tree houses to hotels on islands to stunning villas.”

“4 nights at the beautiful Sol Beach House in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. Just what we needed; a peaceful few days at a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly, the hotel was spotless clean, 3 pools (1 a rooftop), morning yoga, great breakfasts and a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend. Thanks Jo x”

“Jo has been booking holidays for us for years now and we have never been disappointed with her wonderful service. She has always gone the extra mile for us and her attention to detail is second to none. She was there during Covid, through all the changes and cancellations, and we always feel so reassured knowing that she is at the other end of a phone while travelling abroad. Jo’s travel knowledge gained from over 20 years of flying with the airlines is invaluable and she will always be able to guide you if you are unsure about where exactly you want to go. This time round we have just returned from two weeks in Thailand. This was our most adventurous holiday yet being a 4-stop multi-centre trip and we just wouldn’t have undertaken this complicated trip without her. The planning and holiday were seamless and each of the transfers and change overs so simple. There was always someone waiting for us at each destination so that there was never any waiting around or worry as to where we were heading next. We spent two nights in Bangkok at the well located Sindhorn Midtown hotel seeing all that this eclectic city has to offer. This was followed by the most relaxing week at the beautiful Melati resort on Koh Samui. Our accommodation here was incredible and we couldn’t quite get over the size of our rooms! The complimentary Thai massages were to die for and it was lovely to have our very own beach. Next we moved onto Elephant Hills - our main reason for the trip. What a magical place this was! Sleeping in the luxury safari tents in the middle of the rainforest, kayaking down rivers spotting monkeys and then spending time with the beautiful elephants. This really was making memories for our whole family. Thank you Jo for the most perfect trip”

“A huge thank you to Jo at Designer Travel. Our original holiday to Sicily was cancelled 2 days before our travel date due to an airport fire. She worked all evening and the next day to rebook us on a much needed family holiday. We went to the W Algarve hotel in Portugal and WOW! I think it was a blessing in disguise. The hotel was outstanding and really deserved the 5 star rating. It had such a cool vibe and the service was second to none. There were amazing bars and restaurants in the hotel as well as an abundance of local fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. We loved the fact we could have a very swanky suite with two bedrooms instead of 2 separate rooms for our teenagers and all be together. This hotel had more of a Dubai feel to it and really hard to beat for style and service. A huge thanks to Jo for working so hard and making our holiday happen so quickly after the original cancellation!”

“Friendly, professional service! We had the best holiday by Jo! From the moment we made contact, right up till we returned home, Jo checked in at every point to make sure we were happy. And we were so ecstatic! We had never cruised so didn’t want to go on a long cruise. We had also been trying to get to Miami but covid had scuppered our plans 3x. Jo sorted out both! A trip to Miami, including a Celebrity Caribbean cruise and the Florida Keys. We saw some amazing sights and have had the best experience! We cannot thank Jo enough and will very definitely be turning to her again in the not to distant future. Thank you for everything Jo!”

“A fabulous few days in Palma. Hotel Meliá Palma Bay was just perfect. Great location opposite a lovely beach and walking distance to the old town. beautiful roof top pool and bar area with a cool vibe and DJ! An incredibly smooth booking process and excellent communication throughout from Jo. Highly recommended”
