“Jo is so very helpful, we have booked with her a few times now and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She certainly is a super star when it comes to organising everything for us. We really appreciate her help and advice. Just returned from a fantastic holiday at The House in Barbados as Treasure Beach which was our first choice was having a refurbishment. Jo.is an expert at making sure your holiday is a memorable one. Can't thank her enough as she really does go above and beyond. Will definitely continue to use Jo as she is always there for you. “Jo is fantastic! We have just returned from our 5th holiday organised by Jo and once again it was wonderful. Jo has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is always on hand to help with any queries you have, nothing is too much trouble for her. Jo’s honest advice is invaluable & there is always a special, personal touch. We’ve booked both short haul and long haul trips with Jo and the effort she puts in to make every trip special really does show. We’re looking forward to our next holiday, organised once again by Jo. We really didn’t know where we wanted to go and Jo gave us lots of lovely options. We went backwards & forwards but Jo was so helpful and patient & in the end we opted for one of the first options Jo gave us, it seems she knows better than us now what we want from a holiday. I can’t imagine booking any future holidays without Jo. We have recommended Jo to family & friends who have all been delighted with their holidays. Thank you Jo - you’re a star!”

“Hi Jo The trip was really lovely thank you! All ran like clockwork. The hotel was great, super location, great breakfast. We did a lot of walking and ate loads of cake and schnitzel!! Really beautiful city and the weather was glorious! Would highly recommend Vienna by Faxi (sightseeing rickshaw) - we paid €79 for 60 mins and ended up getting 90 mins, went all over and really informative. Thank you, it was really brilliantly organised and we will definitely be booking with you again! Thanks Zoe x”

“Jo has helped us organise several trips over the last few years, from big African safaris to short European city breaks. She always listens to our requirements and preferences, and takes time and effort to send options that fit the brief exactly. She is great at keeping in contact throughout the booking process and in the lead up to the holiday so you know that nothing has been left to chance. Jo’s attention to detail is great, and takes the stress out of booking a holiday so you can relax and enjoy it!”

“Jo is amazing! She friendly, personable and finds hotel options to fit your individual needs. Jo has wealth of experience and this means she can give frank advice (positive and negative) so you make an informed decision. Jo's attention to detail and organisation are what make her stand out. Knowing she is at the end of the phone brings huge reassurance. She has sorted trips for us to IKOS Halkadiki, Lapland day trip and this was the 3rd trip. This was my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and I didn't know where to start with organising it (even if this was UK bound). Jo quickly narrowed down the options and checked that the hotel was suitable for our needs (2 kids and elderly parents). She was there when the flight was cancelled (because of the weather) and on return to make sure everything was ok. I cannot imagine booking anywhere again without Jo again. She's incredible!”
