“This is my 2nd 1200 Lantern Head. The first one arrived inoperative. I reached out to Devos and had a replacement (that works) within a week. This lantern head works better than expected!”

“I bought two of these to use in my backyard when doing Astro photography. They are excellent for that purpose.
After just under a year, one of them stopped holding a charge and would not work even when connected to power. They replaced the head for free. Then someone months later the other one did the same thing.
So these last approximately a year, if constantly used connected to power. I never used them just on the battery. This would not be an issue if the batteries were replaceable. Replacing just the head is not expensive, but it seems wasteful to me. I have no idea if there’s anything they could do to improve this other than providing for replaceable batteries.”
