This is my second replacement through warranty. The first lantern that I got would not charge and only got hot while on the charger. Once I unplugged the light from the charger, it never cooled down and I had to go dispose of the battery at a battery recycling center. The replacement lantern head for the one that overheated Was used one time and got moisture inside of the lantern housing. Just received this one in the mail and hopefully I have better luck with this one than the past lanterns. I will say that the company has amazing customer service and has always been extremely willing to help through the problems that have occurred with the lanterns. I love the idea in the design of these lanterns, I’m just hoping that I finally get one that works the way it’s supposed to.

1 out of the 2 LightRanger 2000's I purchase was defective after a rain shower. Emailed customer service and they helped remedy the problem quick and easy. Been a customer since the first gen 1200's came out. I'm glad after all these years they are still a reputable company. Thank you.

We use ours for camping and also for overnight check points during our running events… Lights can be seen from afar

Light is absolutely amazing! Dimmable and can change color manually or via Bluetooth. Can be used as emergency powerbank. Highly recommended.

I own the 1200 and I love it. I bought my Son In Law the 2000 for Christmas. It showed up and had some issues, one side would not illuminate and it did not want to hold a charge. I called and left two messages ( it was just after Christmas ) and I got a return phone call from you all. I explained the issue and your Representative, he said no problem, we will get a repalcement out to you right away, I asked if yyou all wanted the original back, I was told NO, and within about 1 week the new replacement light arrived. It seems to be working fine, very good customer service. Thank You, K. Dively

I Love the 2000, I purchased it for camping, however, I am in So Cal with the heavy winds and found this product very helpfull within the last couple of weeks when the power went out twice for three days each. It is dificult enough to keep the fridge going and house warm (I live in the mountains) freezing conditions, light was not a concern, I am the proud owner of two 1200s, one 2000, and the 2000 mini. I was lit up and light was the last of my worries. I never really figured these lights would be so usefull at home, I will keep them handy throughout the winter as I expect more power interuptions. My absolute favorite thing about the 2000 is the bluetooth capability, it was awesome to be able to controll the sectors and brightness with my cell phone.

The light Ranger 2000 isa perfect camping light I ever owned . Devos customer service is awesome , I had an issue with my light ranger, I wrote an email and within a week they sent me a new one mailed to me… definitely the best camp light ranger!!!
