“Hit on miss on this one. I recently reached out to Devos about my light sensor not functioning properly.
They address the sitation and corrected the order. I give them FIVE STARS for customer service. The Light Sensor, not as good...3 STARS at best.”
“I unfortunately may have an 800 that is not compatible as I couldn’t get this to function at all. I’ll need to contact Devos to verify my serial number. Bummer as the motion sensor would provide a little peace of mind at night to deter animals. Plus it would be handy when nature calls late at night.
UPDATE: Devos worked with me and provided a warranty/upgrade to make my system work. They went above and beyond. Customer Service like this is rare. I will purchase additional products in the future and recommend them to all.”
