“This is a great product, though I wish it had bluetooth. I have used this for camping, during power outages, and as a work light - I can honestly say I am very happy to have this with me regularly. Because there is an app it would make it more convenient in some cases to be bluetooth, but it doesnt take away from it's usefulness.”
Hi David, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We're really glad to hear the LightRanger 800 Mini has been a reliable part of your gear, whether it's for camping, power outages, or as a portable work light. That kind of versatility is exactly what we designed it for.
We appreciate your feedback about Bluetooth. While the current version focuses on simplicity and performance, we’re always looking for ways to improve. Your input helps shape future updates.
Thanks again for choosing LightRanger for your camping light and work light needs. We're happy it's become a regular part of your setup.
Thanks for sharing your setup we’re glad to hear you’re loving the LightRanger 800 Mini! Its compact, portable design makes it a perfect companion for vehicles like your Jeep Gladiator, whether you're out on an overland trip, trail run, or just need quick rechargeable lighting on the go.
Pairing it with the LightRanger 1200 in your camper is a great combo ideal for covering both your camping basecamp and your vehicle gear kit. We built the 800 Mini with that kind of flexibility in mind, so it’s awesome to see it being put to use exactly that way.
Thanks for choosing Devos to light your adventures!

“Our Boy Scout troop purchased (2)800's, (2) 1400s, and (1)2000 lumens lanterns to use instead of our propane lanterns. We will use for the first time in two weeks at a camping event.
I will update and review thereafter.”
Thank you for your review, Jim! We're excited that your Boy Scout troop chose the LightRanger series to illuminate your camping adventures. It sounds like an excellent way to replace the propane lanterns! We can’t wait to hear your feedback after your event. If you have any questions or need assistance before your trip, feel free to reach out. Enjoy exploring the great outdoors with your new lanterns! ✨
“The mini is a great standard-issue lighting solution that we've dedicated to every packing list. It's a must-bring, must-have, that is compact enough to live full-time in the truck.”
Thanks for the fantastic review, Brian! We’re thrilled to hear the LightRanger 800 Mini has become a staple in your packing list. Its compact design and reliability make it perfect for any adventure. Thanks for choosing us!
“Big things come in small packages! Wow this little tabletop lamp packs a serious punch. It extends way higher than I expected and is really great for late dinners or picnic table evening card games. Definitely worth the price too. I have a set of the 1200’s and absolutely love them, but they’re not practical for motorcycle camping. The 800 is perfect for adventure biking, fits perfectly in the panniers!”
