Very tasty! Parmesan and prosciutto really lifted and balanced the flavour of the sprouts.

My husband thoroughly enjoyed them and my son enthusiastically proclaimed "That's the way to do Brussels!" as he had a 2nd helping & he's not usually keen on Brussels sprouts! Interesting flavours and textures so I enjoyed them very much, but I still prefer my Brussels sprouts just plain steamed & buttered with nothing to distract from their flavour.
