Seat is fine. Would have been useful to know before I paid that they didn’t actually have any in stock, what would have been even more useful is them actually bothering to communicate that to me once I had paid for it. Instead I waited over 3 weeks for it to arrive & was then given 24 hrs notice that it was arriving which lead to us having to cancel Christmas Eve plans. All in all, given the chance again, I’d have been very happy to pay more for the seat elsewhere.

I have emailed this company four times with no response after placing an order early November. After searching my junk email I found a PayPal email (not an email from them) that noted my order had been refunded. I have received no Communication from them around this at all and of I’d have know the product wasn’t available I’d have opted for a different style. It is too late for me to shop elsewhere now For the item I originally purchased.

Not a great experience. Customer services are looking into my issue for me so I may reflect and alter my review depending upon outcome. Fast delivery which was good and customer services respond quickly. However, the high chair that I ordered was not the one I received and that chair now doesn’t feature on direct 4 baby website at all. Initially customer services tried to state I had been sent the correct chair and sent a video from Joie on what was a completely different chair to the one that I had originally ordered and the one I received. Issue now referred to supplier to resolve. The chair I have received is ok but not what I ordered and what is frustrating is that despite sending pictures at direct 4 baby request they haven’t actually accepted that they have sent me the wrong high chair.

Waited almost 3 months for my delivery should of been 2-4 weeks, had to keep ringing for updates as I wasn’t getting any emails or calls regarding the delay

Not very good at all. Accepted an order for a pram which they didn’t actually have in stock so ended up with a completely different pram that I didn’t really want as would have had to wait 5 weeks for the pram I ordered

Unhappy as the stroller i received doesn’t match the information proviced on the website, contacted the company via email/phone for return amd refund, which i was advised i would receive a respond by close of business today but still haven’t gotten one. first purchase and last.
