“Absolutely love the colour of this olive towel. I bought some tea towels and didn’t like the texture so was apprehensive about getting the beach towels however, they are not at all what I expected. They feel very soft, are a great size (XL) and love the bag they come in. The bag is really handy and sturdy fabric. Overall feels very good quality. Only negative, I washed them prior to use and followed all instructions and they came out bobbly which was a disappointment. Not sure how they will hold up being washed frequently as we are using them as towels for camping.”

Hi Sophia, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your order, the quality issues you experienced are not reflective of our usual standards at all. Just to address your point about our customer service, our team has done all that they can to find a resolution for you. From the outset we offered a replacement or partial refund (where you could keep the items), and when you requested a full refund, we provided a free Royal Mail return label straight away. From there, we spent a significant amount of time exploring collection options across Royal Mail, DPD, and UPS to try to work around your schedule, as well as offering store credit (and the option to keep your items with the credit), as well as a Saturday collection as further alternatives. All of those options are still available to you, and we truly do want to get this resolved. Please don't hesitate to reach back out to us directly, and we'll get it sorted as quickly as we can. “Love these towels. I have two Large towels already but wanted the XL one for use at the beach. They’re so soft, very quick drying and look great. They’re fold up so small they’re easy to take out on day trips.”

“Loved it took it on my holiday me and my husband both got one , took it to the beach it was great sand just fell off it , love the material very lightweight and easy to pack in its own bag love the design & will buy more items for sure , you won’t be disappointed with this”
