My first order was beautiful and fit nicely, it was just shorter than I was comfortable with. Processing the return was easy and straightforward, I give them an A+. My rating is based on it taking 3 weeks to get my exchange items. Their policy says it takes 7-14 days to process a return/exchange after they receive your items back. It could easily take 4 weeks with shipping on exchanges.”
