“Returning was not as straightforward and quick as it could have been. What took me a long time was attaching a photo of the product. I wasted a lot of time trying to use a .jpg photo, and got very frustrated. The .jpg photo was not accepted, and finally I tried a .png format and it worked. You should add the format preference to your return instructions!”
