“First time I used them, have had extensions for over a year. Same shampoo, conditioner and process only thing different was this new tape after the first wash 6 came out with tape entact, had to order new tape ( the original one) and wait until I received them only to do the process again within a week. Will never use this quick release again, if zero stars available I would give it! So sad that you pay for placement only to have the tape not hold and have to do it again! Frustrating and time consuming!”
“Product is fantastic and I have had great luck with my tape-ins that I make myself and heat seal with a mini flat iron. -1 star because you sent me two packages of these tiny tapes, charged me $8.00 for shipping, the shipping envelope said "no surcharge" I'm not happy. But would like to keep buying your product or find other ones. I would otherwise recommend Donna Bella hair”
