“The color is beautiful! Unfortunately the chestnut brown faded to a pinkish tone after 3 moths. I contacted customer service never received a response. I purchased several packets and they will be my last due to poor customer care and poor durability of color”
“The color of these were nice, but my main problem came from the tape itself. I’m a usual customer of another extension brand, but thought I’d try these out instead. The tape was extremely rigid and hard, even after 2 weeks of wearing. Compared to my other tape in brand, these were so uncomfortable and heavy (due to the tape and thick weft). Not satisfied at all and will go back to purchasing my normal brand in the future.”
