“We paid nearly $300 for 4 packets, 20 strands each. Not until delivery, and digging through the fine print of this website at the bottom of Q&A section did I find that tape ins only come in 10 pieces packages. Where as in the tape in description said that “3-6 packets will do” NOT EIGHT!!! Nor do they mention how many pieces are in each package. I went to Sally Beauty, EVERY style extension of every color was packaged in the industry standard of 20 pieces Per package… not ten… I plan to post this review and encourage everyone I can reach to boycott this deceitful and immoral business practice… as I walk around with only half a head of extensions… until the new ones NOT FROM LYING DONNA BELLA.”
“OK I have been a loyal Donna Bella customer for many years, so it pains me to say that I think the quality might be going downhill. I just ordered 18 inch tape-in extensions, havent even had them in a week yet - only washed once - and these extensions are riddled with really really horrible split ends. It’s hard because whatever treatment they do to the hair before they are ready for production obviously hides the damage so you are kind of tricked, then stuck once you apply them. I used to be able to make Donna Bella extensions last 8+ months but I doubt these will make it 2 months without looking ratty :( May have to try another brand next time because the price was just not worth this quality.”

I have purchased over 20 something packs of tape in extensions on eBay over the last couple of years! I’ve purchased some good hair and some not so good hair but never have I ever paid more than $50 for a pack of tape in extensions. I decided to give Donna Bella hair a try to see if I can actually purchase something that wasn’t going to break and have a million split ends within a week. I paid $80 for one pack of hair and when I received it they gave me 10 pieces not 20 :( 10 pieces for $80 are you serious??? That’s $ 15.80 per sandwich! So I called Donna Bella to see about returning it and they told me that basically I was gonna have to give them $20 just for them to take it back. They charge a restocking fee and make you pay the return shipping. Donna Bella is the biggest rip off ive ever seen ! They are not clearly stating that you only get 10 pieces of hair . I will keep this hair because I refuse to give them $20 of my money just for them to take their hair back. And when this stuff does the same thing that my $30 EBay hair does I will let the world know”
“I'm so upset about my extensions. I had been a customer with Donna Bella for years but this last purchase was awful. The hair fell out of the extensions in clumps. It was so embarrassing not to mention how much money goes into extensions with installment and everything. So upset. I've reached out several ways and Donna Bella has responded only on Instagram.”
