“No more the quality it was. I bought one several years ago and make buy it by two friends. Now I have a new one and my water keep the taste of tab water, the filtration is much more (too)quick and the support just ask again and again for pictures without taking action.”

“I’ve moved back to England after living in Santa Fe New Mexico where the water was run off from the mountains, very crisp. I now live in Essex where the water is hard and very processed. So I went down a rabbit hole with Ai trying to figure out how to make my water taste like fresh mountain water, and this is where we ended up, and I couldn’t be happier with it!”

“It's the amount of water it holds that helps me no end. Me, the cat and the dog and any visitors and i am not filling a jug every 5 minutes. Tastes good too, so all round happy. It looks great on the worktop - i have it next to the sink so the tap is easily accessible (i have no stand) - it works beautifully. An e onomical, healthful and stylish addition to the home, thankyou”

“The filter works well, however the tap seal is leaking and does not stop leaking no matter how tight or loose I fit the valve. Would welcome contact from the Doulton team to resolve this issue.”
