“I received my filter system and filters ( the fourth system I have bought ) and I am a bit disappointed.. the filters took ages to run through...even after a week they still leave residue and just not up to the standard that I have become used to”

“I really wish I could give it a higher rating. I am all about supporting British brands. Firstly I do wish they wouldn’t use DPD for delivery as they never deliver to my address and cause a lot of issues in getting hold of the product. **Most importantly, we have had this product less than a week, the water chambers smell of petrol/ chemical and by default the filtered water. I have used another brand for over 20 years so I know a thing or two about countertop filter systems and followed all the cleaning instructions. It most definitely isn’t caused by the water coming from our tap as this doesn’t smell or taste peculiar other than it being London water. We are now worried to drink the water from the filter unit. We have run over twenty litres through it and the smell remains. I don’t know if it’s the filters? I wish I could have given this 5 stars. I have tried repeatedly to contact customer service and have not had a response to email, online contact form or able to get anyone on the phone. Given we have had this less than a week, I expect a full replacement asap or a refund if they ever respond.”

“I would of written a review about the British Berkefeld I recently bought, however, twice I emailed your company to thank them for helping us out down here in Brixham when we had the cryptosporidium outbreak and you never answered me once. A short aknowledgement/ thanks for the email would of sufficed. It's a shame as it's a great product.”

“Very pleased with my Gravity Water Filter - bought a 6L ceramic filter, the water taste is much improved and I have the confidence that microplastics and other nasties are being filtered out at 0.5 microns (I live in Brixham where the cryptosporidium outbreak occurred so it's reassuring to have the water filtered even though the water is now safe to drink). It was easy to put together, though I did have to tighten the tap more to prevent dripping, but once tightened it's been fine.”

“Brilliant superb quality British made item, I've never drunk so much sweet tasting water, you cannot trust " the man" to do his job properly anymore( water companies)! One of my favourite bits of kit !”
