“Very good quality! The water now tastes and smells great. I replaced the tap with the stainless steel one, and I recommend everyone to do the same. It should come included instead of the plastic one, which isn’t good quality.”

“I am unhappy with my filter system. I've only been using it for abut 5 days, but the faste of the water is horrible. I ran water through 8 times before I started drinking the water - but it still tastes very metallic. It's had about 12 runthroughs now, and no change. I am thinking I will ring Doulton and ask for a refund.”

“I've finally found a filter that filters everything I want it to, contains hardly any plastic, and is for a reasonable price. An added benefit is the taste of the water; it's delicious. I'm also very happy with the steel tap. On the whole, I'm thrilled with the purchase.”
